1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern the use of this website and the application process. They are between you and EOS CREATOR MANAGEMENT LLC, 7901 4th Street N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.

Applying does not create a management agreement. Any working relationship is set out in a separate written contract that both sides sign.

2. Age

This website and our services are for adults aged 18 or over only. We verify age before any working relationship starts. Applications from anyone under 18 are rejected and deleted.

3. What we do

We provide marketing, promotion, content direction and inbox management for adult content creators. We do not produce content, and we do not require any creator to produce content she has not agreed to. Boundaries are written down before we start and are not crossed.

4. What you keep

You own your account, your content and your audience. Platform payouts go to your own bank account. We invoice our share after you have been paid. You keep access to your accounts at all times.

5. Commission

Our commission is between 25% and 60% of what the platform pays out, depending on your starting point and how much of the work you hand over. The exact figure is agreed in writing before the contract starts and does not change afterwards without a new written agreement. There are no upfront fees and no monthly fees.

6. No earnings guarantee

The figures, videos and screenshots on this website are individual results achieved by specific creators. They are not typical, not a forecast and not a promise. What you earn depends on your content, your consistency, your niche and factors outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any level of income.

7. Ending the agreement

There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Either side may end the agreement by giving notice as set out in the signed contract. On termination, outstanding commission is settled and all access is handed back to you.

8. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information in your application is true, that you are the person in the photo or Instagram account you provide, and that you hold the rights to the content you send us. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and for complying with the terms of the platforms you use.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. This does not limit liability for injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your application applies.
