This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or apply to work with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), because we work with creators in Europe.

Special category data. Your answers about the content you are comfortable with on camera can reveal information about your sex life. We only process it because you actively give it to us so that we can assess your application, and you may withdraw that at any time by asking us to delete your application. This processing is based on your explicit consent, Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.
3. Services we use
Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Netlify processes server log data to deliver the site.
Tally
Our application form runs on Tally, operated by Tally BV, Belgium. Everything you enter in the form is stored there and forwarded to us.
Google Sheets
Applications are copied into a spreadsheet at Google Ireland Limited so that we can work with them.
Slack
We receive a notification about each new application in Slack, operated by Slack Technologies Limited, Ireland.
Wistia
The creator videos are hosted by Wistia, Inc., 17 Tudor Street, Cambridge, MA 02139, USA. Wistia only receives data once you accept video content in the cookie banner or click play on a video. Until then no connection to Wistia is made.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes that conversation under its own terms.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in the United States, and we are a US company. Your data is therefore transferred to the USA. These transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. US authorities may in principle be able to access data held in the USA, and you may not have the same remedies available as in the EU.
5. How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead to working together are deleted within six months. If we work together, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and for as long as tax and commercial law require us to, which is generally up to ten years. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
6. Cookies and consent
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. We store one entry in your browser to remember your choice in the cookie banner. Video content from Wistia only loads after you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site or by contacting us.
7. Your rights

8. Is providing data required?
No. Filling in the application form is voluntary. Without the information we ask for, we cannot assess an application.
9. Automated decision making
We do not use automated decision making or profiling. Every application is reviewed by a person.
